Here is a recent situation from our private jet account - a DWC Сlient (Name not disclosed for privacy) was returning from Venice Airport Marco Polo (VCE) to Czech Republic Karlovy Vary Airport (KLV) from his holiday, along with family, on his choice of Avanti aircraft.

The experience and fun the city and its shopping has to offer, which we understand, made the luggage go up from the allowed six to seven pieces. With the baggage restriction that was not flexible, we couldn’t get that one extra bag on the flight. But it is our job to get things done for our clients, while staying true to the ethics and safety of the industry, maintaining outstanding customer service and passion for getting the best results for our clients.

We collaborated with a leading courier company and FBO to ensure that the extra piece of luggage that could not get aboard the aircraft, is picked up and delivered to our client’s doorstep the following day. Well, it was and we got a happy smiling customer who called us to thank for our support. There is nothing more rewarding than a satisfied customer who says it out aloud, because it drives us even further to the edge of doing anything and everything for our number 1 asset - our customers.
