How do I get the quotes for my required flight?

You can choose any of the following options:

  • Call us on dedicated numbers
  • Submit your request in our contact us section on the website or by calling us on our 24/7 Hotlines.

How soon can you provide me a quote for my requirements?

We can provide you quotes that match your requirements within a few minutes to a few hours depending on what you are looking for.

What type of aircraft do you cover?

DWC keeps a track of over 60,000 aircraft globally to offer reliable, flexible and cost effective charter solutions globally.  We will source the right aircraft that matches your specific requirements.

What is the minimum lead-time for you to source a charter for me?

In most cases, Delta World Charter can organize an air charter within 2 hours of your request, but sometimes it may take slightly longer depending on the specific route and the aircraft locations.  From the moment you submit your request, our staff will work dedicatedly on your requirements and get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I know the recommended aircraft is safe?

DWC only works with the qualified operators that have all the necessary licenses and permits to conduct commercial transportation. We offer aircraft that have passed safety standards of the state of the operator.  All of our organized flights will depart after the “check list is marked”.

Do you own any aircraft?

No. DWC does not own any aircraft. We are charter brokers for the private, commercial and cargo aircraft. We also manage fleet on behalf of the owners.

How do I make the payment?

We accept payments by bank transfer and credit cards. Alternative payment options can be discussed with your Account Manager.

Can I change my flight’s departure time once the flight is booked?

Sure, it’s usually not an issue. We will do everything it takes in order to match your schedule and requirements at all times. At Delta World Charter we understand the importance of your schedule and that flights need to be booked around it, not otherwise.

Do you offer shared or part-charters?

Yes, of course. We can book the entire aircraft for you and offer a part charter solution. Please discuss available options directly with your Account Manager.

Are pets allowed on board?

In most cases, yes. Please let your Account Manager know in advance in order to arrange this for you. Some operators, however, have very strict policies about pets on board.

Can I add a passenger to my booked private jet through DWC at a later stage or closer to the departure time?

Usually, yes. However, we advice you to inform your Account Manager in advance in order to avoid unnecessary delays, queuing and pre-clearance procedures on your route or any other issues that might come up from time to time.

Why should I choose DWC over others?

We are a dynamic business and have a specialist team with over 50 years of experience in the aviation industry. We are still emerging and thus work harder than the others with a service quality that exceeds our clients’ expectations - every time. Our 100% customer satisfaction rate with 130 flights as of end of July 2015 demonstrates our professionalism and customer service promise. Please read here some of the customer references.

How much does it cost to fly by private jet?

The price depends on several factors - distance, geographic zones, number of people travelling, type of aircraft and airport fees to name a few.  You can get an estimated price for our route and requirements via our private jet search page

What catering is provided on board the private jet?

Delta World Charter can arrange meals of any preferred type and cuisine for you and your fellow passengers.  Your Account Manager will ensure all your requirements are met.

When will I meet the crew and pilots?

You will meet them either at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or at the aircraft steps in case of direct arrival at the aircraft.

What happens upon reaching the airport?

Depends on the respective airport and the situation at that time - either you will be driven to the aircraft via the security and customs or you may need to get off at the FBO and go through the security check.

Can I take a wheelchair on board a private jet?

Depends on the aircraft.  Please check with us beforehand.

Do I pay VAT on a private jet flight?

It depends on several factors.  For example, there is no VAT at the Dubai airport.  We will provide the VAT information in our quote.
