The Airbus A300 is a wide-body medium-to-long range airliner that was developed and manufactured by Airbus; it has the distinction of being the first twin-engine wide-body aircraft in the world. The A300B4 is a major production version. Features a centre fuel tank for increased fuel capacity and new wing root Krüger flaps which were later made available as an option for the B2.
