May 29 is a historic day for the Aviation Industry, as Airbus celebrated their 50th anniversary. Coincidentally, Delta World Charter successfully completed a 4-day multi-city flights on Airbus A330 from Tokyo on the same day.
DWC sees a group charter as the perfect solution for corporates when it comes to planning incentive tours, events or conferences for a large delegation in order to achieve greater flexibility and time saving. The purpose of the charter was to transport 300 corporate executives of a company (company name not disclosed due to confidentiality) for a 4-day event in two cities in Europe.
Both offices of DWC in Dubai and Moscow, were intimately involved in ensuring permissions were secured, slots & PPRs obtained in time and exclusive in-flight customized catering was served during flight. DWC staff was present on the ground to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time.
Edvard Nalbandyan, Sales Director and Charter Specialist in Europe and CIS, commented, “The flight was confirmed 2 weeks prior to departure. We thus had limited time to accomplish everything that was necessary. But thanks to the commitment of all parties who engaged in good faith, especially the airline we chose for this mission, their crew, ground staff of handling agents and both DWC offices in Dubai and Moscow; the entire operation went very smoothly. We are incredibly proud to work with our cherished customer, who was extremely satisfied with our work and has promised us more business in the future.”
“We were really pleased to serve our Japanese client with a high degree of integrity and professionalism”, said Aziz Ghorbani, General Manager of DWC. He further added, “Our call for this flight execution was for a streamlined and friction-less operation. Conference participants responded extremely well and I am flattered and fortunate to have been given this opportunity by our client to create a large group charter experience that created lasting memories for the travelers.”
Delta World Charter continues to gain air charter space momentum adding new customers worldwide & has achieved solid double-digit growth year-on-year. The company has positioned itself for future opportunities. This is to the credit of its strength and creativity of its offerings in group, private jet and cargo charters. The company is confident that it will be able to make significant progress; and has moved from being a newcomer (in 2014) to a solid and reliable air charter partner for its clients.
