Charter Broker
The role of the Charter Broker
As an Aircraft Charter Broker, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, negotiating charter deals, and arranging aircraft charter services to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with our global network of operators, airlines, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient bookings, exceptional service delivery, and continuous client satisfaction. This role requires someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, where personal motivation and development are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their aircraft charter needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Charter Booking and Coordination: Identify client requirements, provide detailed aircraft options, and negotiate competitive pricing with operators. Coordinate all aspects of charter bookings, including flight schedules, catering, ground transportation, and other concierge services. May be required to work additional, or sometimes unsocial, hours to ensure flight operations work smoothly and provide 24 hour duty roster cover on rotation.
- Sales and Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and grow our client base through direct sales efforts, referrals, and networking.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review all necessary contracts, flight permits, and other regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and client requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any unexpected challenges or changes, providing timely and efficient solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with trends in the private aviation market, identify new opportunities, and ensure we are offering the best options for our clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage.
- Proven sales expertise with a focus on integrity and client needs.
- General knowledge of the aviation industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
